The design strategy for this project was create a very sustainable blend between an economic traditional build-out but maintaining a few contemporary features. A few of these features comprise of the vertical running pattern windows, along with the black matte facade features. Surrounded by a beautiful minimal sandstone brick horizontal brick layout, the facade is than free to be compositional.
